Meet the Minimum Requirements and Identify Research Projects
EuroScholars requires students to have a minimum of a 3.4 GPA. Exceptions to this minimum requirement are rarely made,
and you should contact ISA before moving forward with an application if you do not current meet it.
You should also have at least two research projects of interest identified on the EuroScholas.eu website. You should be
qualified to participate in these projects based on completed coursework and/or specific research experience in the field.
|  Schedule a Phone Call with ISA To Review Expectations
EuroScholars is a nuanced and unique program, and ISA wants to make sure you are fully informed before you move forward
with committing to an application. Therefore, if you meet the requirements above and are ready to learn more, please
contact ISA to schedule an approximately 30 minute phone call to review expectations of the application process and the
program as a whole.

Students who have not paid in full by the final forms and payment due date and payment due date are subject to a late fee of $150.
Application and final forms and payment due dates are provided on our website.
Before you continue, please review the ISA cancellation policy:
ISA-EUROSCHOLARS CANCELLATION POLICY
This policy applies to all cancellations, regardless of the reason. Your request to withdraw and
receive a refund must be made in writing to ISA. The deposit is non-refundable once your application
has been submitted. However, if your application is denied due to eligibility requirements, your deposit will be
fully refunded. Alternative payment arrangements (financial aid, payment plans, etc.) do not exempt
you from this policy.
- If you withdraw from the program on or before the original payment due date, you are liable
for the $200 application deposit.
- If you withdraw 1-9 days after the original payment due date, you are liable for $750 plus
costs incurred by ISA on your behalf.
- If you withdraw 10-20 days after the original payment due date, you are liable for $1,250

Prices and dates are subject to change without notice.
|  Submit Application to ISA
ISA will receive your online application as soon as you complete the process and submit all necessary details.
You can then proceed with sending your remaining application materials to the ISA office. They do not need to be sent
all together and can arrive piecemeal. Documents should be sent to the ISA – EuroScholars Program Manager, Rebecca Anderson,
at firstname.lastname@example.org or mailed to our ISA Austin office:
ISA-Attn: Rebecca Anderson
1112 W. Ben White Blvd.
Austin, TX 78704
Your application will be compiled in our office and provided to EuroScholars for their review. Application processing
time is approximately 2-3 weeks. You will be notified of your status as soon as possible, most likely via email. Most
applicants will have a Skype call with the Research Project Supervisor before formal acceptance is finalized.
EuroScholars program countries vary greatly in their visa requirements for students. All EuroScholars participants must
obtain a student visa, with the exception of students who are EU citizens, with a valid passport from their country of
citizenship, and who are studying in an EU member state. The application process for a student visa also varies by
country. Depending on the foreign consulate, you will either have to apply for the visa in person, via an online
application, or by mailing in all application materials. Participants must work with their EuroScholars host institution
in order to obtain the necessary documentation for their visa application. All visa fees and associated costs are the
responsibility of the student.
