Great! You're ready to apply!

Make sure you've considered the following items before moving forward:

  1. Meet with your study abroad advisor on campus to talk about course approval, research project approval, initial paperwork needed for your institution, and financial aid options.
  2. Research projects of interest on the EuroScholars.eu website.
  3. Check deadlines for the program you are applying to.
  4. Contact ISA if you have any questions!

Our phone number is (512) 480-8522. You can also email us at euroscholars@studiesabroad.com.

MEET THE PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS

  • 3.4 or higher GPA
  • Research Projects, identify at least two on the EuroScholars.eu website.
  • Discuss Application and Program Expectations - ISA wants to ensure that you are fully informed before submitting the application. If you meet the requirements, please contact ISA EuroScholars to review expectations of the program and application process.

REVIEW ISA DUE DATES & POLICIES

  • Euroscholars accepts applicants on a rolling basis and recommends submitting your application as soon as possible, preferably one to two months before the application due date. Application due dates are April 1st (Fall or Year programs) and October 1st (Spring programs).
  • All EuroScholars participants must obtain a student visa, with the exception of students who are EU citizens. Due dates do not necessarily coincide with student visa deadlines.
  • Please do not purchase airfare until you are accepted and have been instructed by ISA-EuroScholars to do so.
  • Review the ISA Cancellation Policy here. After reviewing the cancellation policy, please know that any fees assessed to ISA by EuroScholars and/or the host institution following a student’s withdrawal will be considered costs incurred.
